No Show Policy...
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment as missed appointments (no shows) prevent us from offering that time slot to other patients in need.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment, which can lead to the last-minute cancellation of your appointment. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee for consistent missed appointments or cancellations when felt to be unreasonable.
Please note: This fee is the responsibility of the patient and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

This act requires us to get consent from the patient before sharing their medical information, including results, appointments, and referrals.
